Arbor Park Phase 1 Community Development District
The Arbor Park Phase 1 Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on December 12, 2024 by the City Commission of the City of Fruitland Park, Lake County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-013 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Arbor Park Phase 1 CDD is located entirely within the City of Fruitland Park, Florida and consists of approximately 66.47 acres of land. The site is generally located south of Urick Street, east of CR 468, north of Griffin Road and west of Thomas Avenue.
The services provided by the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes.

The Arbor Park Phase 1 Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on December 12, 2024 by the City Commission of the City of Fruitland Park, Lake County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-013.
The powers and functions of the District are described in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time. The Charter of the District shall be as set forth in Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as amended, as created by general law. The City further consents to the District’s exercise of special powers described in 190.012(2)(a) and 190.012(2)(d), Florida Statutes, as may be amended from time to time.
